The tools that exist were built for big hotel spas in Europe or restaurant chains in America. They don't accept Mobile Money. They don't work well on low-end Android phones. They don't understand the way business is done on Oxford Street or Spintex Road.
Trimly was built to fix this. A booking platform that works on any phone, accepts MTN MoMo, sends confirmations on WhatsApp, and costs less than a haircut per month to run.
Trimly gives every salon and barbershop its own booking page — a link they can share on WhatsApp, Instagram or print as a QR code on their door. Clients tap the link, pick a service, choose a time slot, and pay with MoMo to lock their booking. The whole process takes under 60 seconds.
For shop owners, Trimly provides a full business dashboard — live appointment tracking, daily revenue reports, staff management, client records and WhatsApp broadcasts to past clients. Everything a professional booking system should do, built for the Ghanaian market.
Trimly is built by FoCal Systems Ltd, a software company based in Accra, Ghana, focused on building technology that solves real problems for real people across West Africa.
Trimly launched in Accra in 2026 with a small group of barbershops and salons. Our goal for year one is 500 active shops across Ghana's major cities. By year two, we plan to expand into Nigeria and Côte d'Ivoire.
